This programme gives you a fast and easy way of solving your computer problem. If your Customer Care representative concludes that your equipment needs a new part, it will be shipped to your door. Parts such as power adapters, keyboard and mice will fall under this programme.

If we need to arrange a Depot Repair, our service team is at your service. A Customer Care representative will help you determine the problem, issue you a return merchandise authorization (RMA), and call tags for pick up. Then, simply ship your unit to our repair facility and we'll restore it to working order and deliver it back to your home or business.
