Every new Gateway Notebook is protected by a limited standard warranty 1-year pick-up and return service and parts service and additional 2-years spare parts warranty from date of purchase.

Every new Gateway Desktop is protected by a limited standard warranty 1-year on-site labour and parts service and additional 2-years spare parts warranty from date of purchase.

Gateway Server and Storage

Gateway Servers and Storage systems are protected by a standard warranty from date of purchase as follows:

  • GT1xx series servers and GN5xx series storage systems include 1-year on-site labour and parts service and additional 2 years spare parts replacement;
  • Other Gateway servers and storage systems include 3-years on-site labour and parts service.
  • Gateway server and storage options are protected by 1-year carry-in standard warranty from the date of purchase. If options are installed on Gateway server or storage, they are covered under the server and storage residual warranty, if previously registered on the (upcoming) "Server and Storage Option Registration Page".

Gateway Monitors

Every new Gateway LCD Monitor is protected by a limited standard 1-year swap onsite service and additional 2-years carry in service from date of purchase.

Gateway Displays Limited Warranty (15MB PDF)

Extended Warranty Program

Extend the warranty coverage of your notebooks, desktops, monitors, servers and storage. Extended limited warranties are available for up to 5 years through the WarrantyPlus warranty program.
